Economic Feasibility Analysis of a Fitness Club<\/span><\/h2>

Course: Engineering Economics (Spring Sem 2025 \u2013 2026)
<\/strong>Jun 2026<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>

Evaluated the economic feasibility of establishing a fitness club using real-world market data and financial assumptions. The project involved estimating investment and operating costs, forecasting revenues, developing project cash flows, and evaluating financial performance using NPV, IRR, and Payback Period, along with sensitivity analysis of key variables.<\/span><\/p>

This Group project was developed in consultation with the Technical Manager of R8 Rosha Fitness Club, recognized among Iran\u2019s top five fitness clubs, to validate key operational and market assumptions. The project ultimately ranked 1st in the class.<\/span><\/p>

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence Website<\/span><\/h2>

Course: Information Technology (Spring Sem 2024 \u2013 2025)
<\/strong>May \u2013 Jul 2025<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>

Integrated and analyzed data from PostgreSQL and Excel to develop a star-schema data warehouse and interactive Power BI dashboards for a fictional international retail business. The analysis covered sales performance, customer transactions, delivery times, payment methods, discounts, returns, and order cancellations, with a focus on supporting data-driven decision-making.<\/span><\/p>

The project was then extended into a corporate website using WordPress, where the Power BI dashboards and analytical results were presented through interactive and visual elements. The website was designed with a focus on responsive design, user experience, content structure, and practical use of WordPress plugins.<\/span><\/p>

Analyzed urban and rural household data in Iran from 2019 to 2022 using Python. The project involved data preprocessing, statistical analysis, and visualization to examine demographic, employment, education, and income-related trends across provinces. The project ultimately ranked 1st in the class.<\/span><\/p>

Designed a functional home espresso machine and portafilter in SolidWorks through a two-phase CAD project. The project focused on detailed part modeling, assembly design, dimensional constraints, and the development of a mechanism for inserting and locking the portafilter into the machine.<\/span><\/p>
